By contacting us for a quote and paying for our services you are accepting the terms of our customer agreement. Terms include:
We are not responsible for items you leave in the vehicle. We do our best to collect these items and set them aside but we can not be responsible for missing or damaged items.
You must inform us of special coatings such as ceramic coating you have done to the vehicle prior to our services being quoted and approved. Some detailing products will cause damage to these coatings so we must be informed prior to any price quote.
We will always take pictures and video of your vehicle before and after the detailing process therefore we are not responsible for damage that was already done prior to detailing service.
Paint correction services can remove scratches and swirl marks but we cannot guarantee that all of these damages can be corrected.
Interior cleaning does not include the headliner. Headliners can easily be damaged so we never touch them unless the customer requests the headliner cleaning being included in the quote.
